  • Proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items showing signs of use.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is on our side (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Qivora will cover the return shipping cost.

  • In other eligible cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Dropshipping Notice

As Qivora operates as a dropshipping store, some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination. Return and refund requests are handled according to this policy after verification.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
